Return & Exchange Policy
At Kyros, we are committed to ensuring that every piece meets our quality standards. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date in the following cases:
- The wrong size was ordered and you wish to exchange it for a different size.
- The incorrect item or size was sent by our team.
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage caused before delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with their original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our customer support team will guide you through the process and may request:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs
For exchanges requested due to sizing preferences or customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return and reshipping costs.
If the issue resulted from an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, or a defective product, Kyros will cover the applicable replacement costs.
Refund Policy
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:
- The issue resulted from an error on our part and a suitable replacement or exchange is not available (for example, if the correct size is out of stock).
Any approved refund will be processed via Whish Money transfer (Whish-to-Whish) after the claim has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
- Requests made after the 7-day return window
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without their original packaging
